Popular routes

Popular planning scenarios

Jump directly to a city pair or abbreviation when you already know what you need to compare.

Remote-team focus

Convert first. Check overlap before sending.

A correct conversion can still land outside someone else's workday. Use the selected working-hour overlap to decide whether to send the time, choose another slot, or move the update async.

Plan

Generate usable meeting windows from date, duration, locations, and working hours.

Convert

Convert a selected date and time, then check whether the result fits the other location.

Check

Show date rollover and daylight-saving caveats where a simple offset can be misleading.

Calculation method

How does useChrono calculate meeting overlap?

useChrono converts both selected locations for the chosen calendar date, then compares the working-hour ranges at the same instant. Calculations use IANA time zones through the browser Intl API, so daylight-saving offsets and date rollover can change with the selected date.
